Discount Group not accepting customers

I need your help about this:
When I insert customers in a Group Discount, (customers-->edit), the screens seems to be refreshed with the new data, but after this if I go to Customers---> Group Discounts, the group i have been created is with 0 users!!!!

Do you know how to resolve this?

Let me explain the error differently ...

Nothing is wrong with the group pricing ...

The error I was talking about is just a display on the number of people in the group ... and a few minutes ago, I discovered I was mistaken ... this counter is working right ...

If your's is not you may want to check that you actually have people in the right group ...

Then check do you see the discount on checkout when a member of the group ...

No, Zencart doesn´t refresh the screen with the users at the group, because doesn´t write at the db!!
Yesterday I enter at database with phpmyadmin, and the table users registers were empty at the groupid.
I wrtote "manually" at db the griup id for several users and after that in Zencart Admin, the users were at Group, and the discount Group worked well, but I still not allowed to put a users at Group throught Zencart. It seems like zencart dosen´t write the db!!

Do you know why?

I am unable to reproduce the problem in v1.3.7 ...

I can make groups, add customers to them, remove customers, etc. etc.

Are you sure you are using the same database in the Admin and the Catalog?

Was this an upgrade from an older version of Zen Cart? If so, from what version and how did you upgrade it?

Sorry for the delay.

Installation was new, fresh without upgrade, version 1.3.6

Maybe some installed mod is responsible for that? At the beginning, i was able to add usersto group... and now only it´s possible throug mysql

Are you sure you are using the same database in the Admin and the Catalog?
I don´t understand it. I only set up one database for Zencart at the installing process.
