no price and no checkout

How can I do to hide the product price (when it's call for price)?
And how can I do to setup the min product quantity to have sold out?

When you enter the product data, you select the Call for Price option.

Set the products quantity to 0 - but you must also be "counting" stock. Are you? See admin > configuration > stock.

So don't put a price in.

Call for Price was designed to work with or without a price showing so that you could offer a Price as a teaser and say Call for Price to suggest a much better deal ...

Or, for those that do not want a Price to show, just do not enter a Price ...
