Changing time zone on admin page

Hi
I've searched for this but cant find it anywhere.
I'm in the UK and zencart is installed on a US Server.
My admin page shows ....
Fri, 23 Feb 2007 05:37:12 -0600GMT

at 11.37am uk local time.
How do I change this to UK local time ?
