    Default Home | Log In

    Im using v1.3.5 with mytemplate.
    if you go to www.shopjackiesjewels.com/store you will see that where it says Home Login at the top and then in the footer where it says Home the bars in between are missing. So this symbol is missing: |
    It should look like this:
    Home | Log In
    and
    for the footer:
    | Home |
    How do i get these back?
    Thanks

    Your site is down...

    But you can try this and if there are other areas that this displays that you do not want the separator you can separate it.
    Code:
    #navMain ul li, #navSupp ul li, #navCatTabs ul li {
    	display: inline;
    	border-left: 2px solid;
    	color: #000000;
    	}
    Of course the color and width can be altered to your liking

    For this application in css youcan specify left or right as you have used left there is one to the left of each item. Right might look better for you and remember that there will be others i.e. shopping cart, checkout as a customer shops.

    There is a hard code way that this was handled before and you can look at you old files to determine this and edit the file that controls this.

    Hi again-
    I dont understand why the separators arent visible by default. maybe i did something wrong to my stylesheet or is it just like that for v1.3.5. anyways, i tried changing the border to border-right and that looks even worse. im sorry i dont know what to do so please help me figure out how to get it to normal. i want my store at www.shopjackiesjewels.com/store to look identical to www.shopjackiesjewels.com because im redoing my site to upgrade and there were a few problems going on with my old site

    hi there kobra!

    i need your help. im now using 1 stylesheet from the new classic 1.3.5 since i also restarted my site.

    anyway, i tried to get the same look as before but i encountered a problem with the categoires sidebox.

    i deleted the border for the leftboxcontainer etc. since i don't need it and decided to put this border on the sidebox content instead. all of the sidebox now have this border apart from the Categories. how do i put one in that sidebox?

    also, how do i make the border-bottom to be an image instead of a color?

    lastly, if you look at my site www.animestrike.co.uk and see the information sidebox, it is together with the footer image. how do i add a space between that?

    thanks in advance :)

    Those 'pipe' seperators are obsolete and non-existant now. You can add them in seperately, but you'll probably get WC3 validation warnings for introducing special characters.

    Just checked several 1.3.5 installs(all I have left now) and noticed that it is actually there, just not visible???

    If you highlight that line with your mouse, you will see that there is a seprator there...

    Maybe this wiil be seen by the Dev's???

    That's just a misleading space that is being highlighted.

    I know myself, I liked having the pipe seperators... but, it's just not worth the trouble trying to validate around them.

    Berserker,

    Look to your stylesheet for Better Categories as this is processed after and overriding the border def that you have.

    Check your PM for the image.
