Shipping modules problem

I needed to use table rates for three shipping types: standard, 2 day and overnight. I made copies of the table rate file in modules and the corresponding language file, renamed them properly, changed all references to table to what they would now be, and uploaded the new files. Now in Admin, I see the header and the title bar where shipping modules would be but the modules no longer show up. Anyone know where I went wrong?

Are you using a carrier like UPS or FEDEX?

If so, there are modules that you can use & configure to offer different levels of service that exist already

Can someone send me a table.php with the right stuff changed to overnight? Nothing I do will work, I either change too many things or too little due to "table" being used for more than one thing in table.php. It would be a big help to me, thanks.
