"Configuration" button not listing on admin control panel

I just did a new install of zen. I'm using the exact same source files I used before, but now when I install it I don't see the "Configuration" button on the admin home page. This makes it hard for me to edit the minimum/maximum values and other useful things.

The only thing I did differently was install zen this time with an SSL certificate. Sicne I enabled SSL in the admin area this could be the problem. But I should note that the SSL is working: ie.. https://storename and https://storename/store works fine.

If anybody has any idea why I would have this problem when it's worked fine before please let me know. Thanks!

Problem solved.

Apparently in the massive amount of files the FTP program was handling, it uploaded the file configuration_dhtml.php, but the file size was 0. After replacing the file it correctly works.
