Simple Layout Questions

I have a few questions for layout.

1. Where it lists multiple products on a page for some reason it lists the picture of the product, then the price, then the more..., then the title. I want it to say the title, price, more... how to I change that sort order.

2. I think I remember setting it to the way it is now but I don't remember how to get it back, instead of giving people the option to fill in how many they want I would rather just have a buy now, or add to cart button on everything. If there are multiple sizes when someone clicks the buy now button it just takes them to the product page. How is that accomplished?

In admin > Configuration > Product Listing, the top 8 lines and some others control the display order and visibility of all those elements.

Also there, the "Display Product Add to Cart Button" can be set to off, on, or on with qty box.

Any product with attributes (sizes etc.) cannot be added to cart directly from the buy now button because some choices need to be made first. ZC is set up to make those choices only on the product info page. The functionality *could* be coded into the product display page, but it would be a lot of work and require expert knowledge.
