My Checkout Without Account Mod

Again, thanks for your help. We've re dragged the tpl_modules_no_account.php and tpl_no_account_default.php into the

/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/ folder, yet at checkout there is still no cowoa link.

Any ideas?

I'm not talking about tpl_modules_no_account.php or tpl_no_account_default.php, I said tpl_login_default.php.

tpl_modules_no_account.php & tpl_no_account_default.php are already working, thats why I was able to go to http://84.51.237.128/index.php?main_page=no_account

Wiki says

"When a visitor adds something to their cart and proceeds to checkout, they are greeted with three options. They can sign in to their existing account, they can create a new account, or they can proceed through checkout without an account."

Its possible to skip this screen an go directly to checkout without an account? I dont want to use the account system for now...

My attempts to remove the "Log In" header display for sessions using COWOA have so far failed. I can't get ANYTHING with that NOT statement in it to work, and the result is always that the entire site comes up blank, including the home page. I originally tried to apply craftzombie's putting the entire IF statement (as she did for "My Account") in a larger "IF NOT COWOA" statement. I then tried making adding an AND NOT to the IF statement:

<?php if ($_SESSION['customer_id']) && (!($_SESSION['COWOA'])) { ?>

Didn't work. Then I tried with the NOT COWOA statement leading the AND, also a failure. Does anyone have any brilliant ideas? I'll keep trying, but so far I'm rolling snake eyes.

You were right, craftzombie - it was extra spaces that were killing me. I bow to the master! I've made "Log Off" go away, now I'll get rid of "My Account."

I am experience a similar problem. I have double checked and ALL of the files have been upload but after someone enters their name and address, they are directed to http://annalena.com/shop/index.php?main_page=no_account and the page is blank.

Did you enter the SQL into Admin>Tools>Install SQL patches? (Step 4 from the install instuctions)

I'm just thinking that if you didn't, then there is no spot in the database for the info to go and maybe that would cause a blank page.

Yes I did. I double check that and actually went to the mysql and verified all of the entries at that level as well.
