Error immediately after clicking install

I got these error messages and the install failed. I'm sure it's something simple (hopefully). Any feedback is appreciated.

Sounds like a bad upload of files ...

Reload everything to your site from your clean Zen Cart v1.3.7 ...

Thanks. I'll give it a try. Is there a way to unzip the fils on my server instead of FTP'ing everything unzipped?
