Can't install-403 error

Hi I am very new to this. I have downloaded zen cart....unloaded zen cart and set up a data base. Yesterday and earlier today I was able to start the install zen cart, but then all the sudden it gives me a 403 Forbidden message and tells me I need to login to the website, I have tried all 3 of my urls and nothing works.....Any ideas? Thanks

Okay, I fixed it I uploaded the entire file again and it works now!
