Server IP address changed

Hi,
I've searched around these boards and haven't found an answer to my question. Since my cart was set up (last summer), for secure files, the URL was always https://SERVER_IP/~username.

My webhost changed the server IP (without telling me), so in order for the admin and checkout to work, I need to change every place where the old IP address was.

The problem is that I did not set this up. Somebody did it for me. I'm very computer literate, but it would be helpful if someone had a list of all the files that would contain this IP address so that I can easily and completely change them.

I think I have the issue figured out (I am at least able to login to the admin section).

BUT NOW, I am having the issue, where my old login password didn't work and every time I click something in the admin page, it sends me back to the login page. Any ideas?!?!

There should only be 2 files, the includes/configure.php and the admin/includes/configure.php
