Hi:
how can I configure the california e-waste tax? Here are the california government requirement for it.

1) applies to some video display
2) $6 for screen 4" to 15"
$8 for screen 15" to 35"
$10 for screens larger than 35"
3) must be charged when item shipped in California, but not if shipped to any other states.
4) the receipt to the customer must show the charge and that it was for e-waste recycling tax.

How can I set that up? Options don't work since they apply to any states, taxes don't work either since they're based on percentage.

how other merchant having the same problem solved it?
