Can't access the Zen Cart Admin Page anymore!

Hi everyone,

Very new to Zen Cart and am having much trouble getting set up. I'm not sure what happened, but now I cannot access the Zen Cart Admin Page. I get this error message:

Sounds like a bad upload of files ...

Try reloading your Zen Cart v1.3.7 files to your server ...

I've already done that and I'm still getting that message. . . Can you think of anything else to try? Thanks.

Does the Catalog work?

My domain was just transferred to Sashbox yesterday, and they have not responded to my requests on how to bring across my existing inventory to Zen Cart. My website is still working off the free Paypal cart. . . This has been a very frustrating experience. The funny thing is I have received excellent customer service from Zen Cart (the service which is free ), and really terrible customer service from Sashbox which I'm paying for - go figure...

I haven't gotten to the Catalog part of ZC yet.

Sorry to hear that your transfer by sashbox may have been overwritten by you or someone working on your server ...

I am sure when you respond back to sashbox they will help get you back on track ...
