Paymentech...please help.

I am trying to get Paymentech set up with ZenCart...I followed the instructions exactly as in the Readme that came with the module, but when I upload the files and try to go to install it, the box on the right side of the payment modules screen in Admin has dissappeared??? any advice?

The edit button isn't working...

"System Error 20412 Precondition Failed: Security Information is missing Sorry for this inconvenience. You may call for further assistance."

I get this error now when placing an order....any idea? I fixed my first problem.

I have exactly the same error. As far that I know, Payentech have to register your site IP adresse before you can do any transaction.

I've sent to Paymentech my IP and for now, no change.

If anyone have another solution, I'll be pleased to get it.
