Problem with World Zone Shipping Module?

Hi - i've installed the world zone module and am having problems.
My rates for zone 1 are as follows:

0.100:1.95,0.149:2.05,0.199:2.40,0.249:2.75,0.299:2.99,0.349:3.15,0.399:3.35,
0.449:3.55,0.499:3.75,0.549:4.10,0.599:4.60,0.649:4.75,0.699:4.95,0.749:5.00,
0.799:5.25,0.849:5.50,0.900:5.70,0.949:5.95,0.999:6.15,1.049:6.30,1.099:6.45,
2.999:7.50,7.000:8.95,20.000:14.95

All my items have weights as 0.318 (eg: 318 grams) 0.318 (0) being 1kg
1kg would be 1.00

However when doing a price check on postage - the value returned is:
Available Shipping Methods Rates
Zone Rates (Shipping to United Kingdom : 3.03 kg(s)) £8.95

When i view the product in question - the details are
* Model: r443
* Shipping Weight: 0.03kgs
* 10 Units in Stock



Please help

Check under Shipping/Packaging for the Tare weight ...

This is being added into the Product(s) weight to account for the box and packaging ...

Perhaps up until now you had it set to 0:0 ...
