It appears when there are many shipping options that the cart will default the cheapest shipping option as selected. Is anyone aware of a way of setting a different shipping option as the default selected shipping option.

I have at times had the cart default to another shipping option but it was by uninstalling/installing and never figured out why it did what it did.
