Admin Area layout bug?

Is it just for me but when I click on the main category in the admin section the admin bar jumps to the top of the page out of alignment with the layout.

I've installed the cart 3 times trying different settings and the same bug is always there... It is wierd.

This is by design ... it allows those with smaller screens or compatibility issues on their browsers so that they can click the titles and see all the choices ...

Point at menus ... don't click unless you mean it ...

In retrospect, that is a good idea...

Good job designers, just ignore me.

Always good to post these questions ... as in future releases we might decide to add new switches ... bells and whistles ... etc.
