Installing Italian mod

I need help installing the Italian Language pack. I have no idea on what I am doing or how to do anything with Zen.

I am setting up a second store for someone else which will be multilangauge
I have uploaded all the language files in the write places and now don't know what to do in admin - localizations - languages

can someone direct me to a FAQ or tutorial, I can't find any?
