Coupon must apply to one product of two

CONFIGURATION:
ZENCART 1.3.7, WINDOWS IIS 6.0 using PayPal Cart

SALES
The store sells photographic prints as its major product. In an attempt to improve our sales we added the ability to purchase frames (as a separate product) for the prints. We produce the prints, and a vendor makes the frames. We have priced the frames for no profit. Our profit is in the photographic prints.

PROBLEM
We want to apply the discount to the prints only. In other words, if a customer decides to purchase a combination of a print and a frame. We want to discount the print only - not the frame. Or if the customer just wants a frame we do not want the discount to apply to it.

QUESTION
Is there a way to do that please?

The Quantity Discounts contribution allows you to create exclusions (or inclusions) for the list of items being discounted.
