Fckeditor not works online, it works only offline why?

Hi, I have setup my zencart 1.3.6 on my pc (local) with Easyphp. All works good, also fckeditor. Then I have upload on my webspace all my zencart but when I chose fckeditor like editor but it not works showing (in the imput text area) this message (like a Internet Explorer message):

"Impossible to find web page...."

what's is the problem?

sorry I forget this: if I use Firefox the error is this
Not Found

The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apache Server at Port PLEASE HELP ME.....
