Cross Sell works in admin, but not in store

Cross Sell Version: cross_sell_1.3.1

I've read every thread I can find, but I can't seem o fix this. The line of code IS in my /includes/templates/custom/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php

You may notice some echo additions I've made while testing, they are just so I can try to find the break. It seems to die near the top of xsell_products.php . does anyone have any ideas?

Your store is down for maintenance and I can't see your problem.

I turned it back on in hopes that you could look for me. It just doesn't display. My added echos display as "frag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damncrudargcrap ", but not the corss sell box. The source code shows "<!-- BOF: Cross-Sell information -->

You replaced "custom" with your template name, right? And you put all the files in the template directory that you are actually using?

This seems to me that your files are not in the right place or maybe missing. Sometimes ftp screws up and reuploading will do the job. I suggest you carfully check if all files are where they are supposed to be.
