    Default Sudden download problems

I installed v 1.3.5 and it ran just fine. I upgraded to 1.3.6 and it ran fine. Suddenly recently I am flooded with emails from customers who have used all their downloads and still get "corrupted zip files". Plus I have noticed in the browser download window it says file size unknown...that's new too, it used to tell the size of the file.
I thought it was a customer problem, but it's getting to be almost every customer is having this problem. Then I thought it might be a server problem. But after seeing that the browser window (any browser I use) has stopped showing the file size, I wonder if it is a cart problem. I'm flabbergasted and have no idea where to look...
    any suggestions....

Have you tried re-uploading the files to your downloads folder to ensure that they didn't become corrupt somehow ?

I have the same problem and I already talked to my hosting people and they said everything looks fine on their end - files are fine on direct download but are getting corrupt on download thru zen. I run the newest version of zencart.
REdirect if off I run on a windows server and /pub is set to 777.

Any ideas would be great thanks

Wish I could help you...I installed 2 new carts and both started doing it after a few days. I got to thinking that there must be a reason my server doesn't offer Zen-Cart thru the CP. Plus the cart I had installed on my previous server was still working fine. (They offer Zen-cart thru the CP)

So what I did was install a new cart on my old server and it has been running like a charm ever since. So I think it was the server's incompatability...(probably the reason they didn't offer it to begin with) When I asked them about it, this was the reply I got:
"More then likely your connections strings are wrong, and will either need to be fixed by our professional services dept for $75 an hour charge or you can trouble shoot the issue. "

It was cheaper for me to buy more space on the old server...:>)
