Need help with Attributes

Okay I have a product and it is available in two formats, burnt to CD or Downloadable. I have that figured out but now for the Download there is more that one file to be downloaded. So how would I set it so that when the client does choose to burn to cd they do not also get downloads?

Here is a breakdown of what I want it to look like:

1. Version: Download/CD (Dropdown Menu)

2. Download: ZIP File 1
ZIP File 2(Radio buttons automaticaly selected when you choose Download)

Tree Structure:

Version/CD

Version/Download/ZIP FILE 1
/ZIP FILE 2

You may have to set this up as two SEPARATE products:-

The first being the downloads option.
The second being the CD option.
