Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class moneyorder

I am trying to set up payment options and when I log into admin I get thie following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class moneyorder in /****/****/****/***/includes/modules/payment/moneyorder.php on line 10

I have restored the file from a raw install but it still persists. The only other mod I have installed is the nochex_apc module.

Help - any ideas?

Fixed it now. I had mistakenly uploaded the modules/moneyorder.php file to languages so it was there twice. Good old Jollyjim went in and fixed it for me.

Thanks for the upate ... always a help to know the problem as well as the solution even if you solve the issue yourself ...

The self loading directories don't like it very much when the language files and code files get mixed up on the modules ...
