UPS Rates updates or integration??

My problem is just the oposite. I have to add tare weight just to get it to come close.

16 lbs package UPS advertised rate is $12.84

23 lbs package zen cart calculates to $12.82

What is up with that?

We would need a lot more information such as Ship from address and Ship to address and what weight you are using and what your tare settings are ...

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

What are your settings in the UPS Shipping Module?

i got that program and install it, look like i am almost their, as a new the the web stuff, i kinda dont get the last parts of it.

yes it ism, but the server name , and this is what was in the istruction '/<YourServerDirectory>/

any way i upload the original file and the errors gone. and i can see the u.p.s estimate pricing whan i log as customer.

1. from where in my admin do i get qute for shipping?
2. what should i put as the my directory
/home/yoursite/public_html/catalog/includes/modules/shipping/upsxml.log';

my directory from my server look like this right now
/ public_html / store / includes / modules / shipping / upsxml.log / (Current Folder)
3.whan it ask to create a file upsxml.log i made a folder calld like that is that what i supose to make ( look above) if itask for file .lo how do i create one

i fix this errors

my mistake was entering in the admin the wrong user name

now i dont see any extra button or anything abut it in my admin
i tought it wil save me the time loging in to u.p.s and entering all the info all over again

is this mod allow u to control the shipping from the admin?
if so what did i missd now

and how to i remove the ( 7lb )int the customer area , i use kinda boxes u.p.s charge me for demensional, so i need to increse my lb on those item, and i dont want the custer think i am chraging him for more lb
