Need Professional Help

My website is in osc, Level 1. Am having problems with automatic downloads with Paypal and Google. My Webhoster tried to help me by creating a copy of my site in a new catalog 1 and created a test area. He got Paypal to downlaod automatically ok, and google, but I realize I need level 2 in osc. He feels there are problems with the osc shopping cart.
He is not familiar with transposing boxes, and some other things.
The index.php is distorted and he can't get the fonts straighted out. I have a Web Hoster, Domain, Name, Everything else I need, but I need some help getting this page correct like my original page.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated
