Looked on the forums everywhere, I think I did it before and dont remember how. My page is width is 100% I want center the header_bg.gif and how would I make the whole pic a link back to my home page.

forget it I just reduced the page to 80% fits, looks great, done with it. wouldnt mind adding a link back to the home page on the bg_header any tips
