    Default Problems Importing into phpMyAdmin

I keep getting the following error when I attempt to import 2 new records for the table products_description: "Invalid field count in CSV input on line 1"

Here's a summary of my phpMyAdmin import settings:

In phpMyAdmin on my hosts server (cpanel),
    - File to import (I browse to Products_updates.csv)
    - Character set - utf8 (default no idea what this means)
    Partial import
Allow interrupt of import in case script detects it is close to time limit. This might be good way to import large files, however it can break transactions.

Number of records(queries) to skip from start = 0

Format of imported file = csv

Ok, so i checked to make sure I have the same number of columns on my csv file as the database table. I am confident that I have the right format because I exported the only 2 records I set up through Zen cart admin and replaced with 2 new ones. Then again, if someone wants to look at my csv file to check, let me know. I wasn't sure wether or not to include the headings so I tried with and without and got the same error.

I've been testing Zen cart and this is the deal-maker or deal-breaker for me at this point. Please help me become a Zen cart guru and lover like you all!

I found info on this at this link: http://modhole.com/modhole/index.php...N_position=5:5. For whatever reason the link for "Uploading data to your Zen Cart using Easy Populate" does not work. Know why?

That's okay. I ignored that and went ahead and installed Easy populate. I downloaded a completed tab-delimited file of my products and used that as a template to test upload 2 more products. Should have been a slam dunk in my mind but I got these errors:

    No model field in record. This line was not imported27073.jpg | CHERUB BIR | An English | | 9.3 | 3/7/2007 | 0001-01-01 | 19.95 | 0 | | | 0 | | Taxable Go | 1 |
    No model field in record. This line was not imported27382.jpg | COMPASSION | The Virgin | | 11.6 | 3/7/2007 | 0001-01-02 | 24.95 | 0 | | | 0 | | Taxable Go | 1 |
    No model field in record. This line was not imported | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
    Upload Complete

The model field is blank for my current and new products. In Configuration - Product Listing, I have a zero for Display Product Model. What else do I need to configure to have the system ignore the Model field in my uploads? Or do I have to enter something in this field?

Sorry, bumping this and changing title since I've moved from phpMyAdmin to Easy Populate. Thank you.
