Redesigning Categories Need help?

First posted this in the worng area so I am reposting it here. I want to design the categories area to look something like this can some one help out. here are some samples of what I want to do.

Well these 2 are different??? So if you want slick styling like arrows and the like get better categories from the downloads area

If you also want images for the headers you will have to create these images and then apply them in the english.php file

Where it currently has the defines like 'Categories' you will replace with

'your_image.xxx'

Thanks you for the response. I could not find better categories in the downloads. I was hoping to design my own. But I have no Idea where to start. is this in the stylesheet.css
