Product picture link to another site?

Is it possible to link a product in a catergory to another website?....for e.g I have a motor shop and rather than add all images to my server site could i just pop in a http link to the manufacturers site where all pics are stored...such as......

[FONT=Arial]http://www.abcdesignltd.com/ProductImages/tn_1156.7.jpg[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial][/FONT]
[FONT=Arial]this would save me tons of time.....[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial][/FONT]

You can do this but you might want to get permission from the mfg's as you will be using their bandwidth and additionally if they change the image your site is broke.
It is not normally acceptable eitique to link to others sites

yep i have permission to do this. i just dont know how to do it...i tried when adding product to put in the http but i dont get a piccy on my website
