Customer added to and from gift info

Hi All,

I recently added gift baskets to my site. http://www.kellyscountrycorner.com/s...ndex&cPath=100
Before adding all available items, I wanted to see if there is any way to add an area on the product display for the customer to add to and from information as well as any message for the recipient. Each basket will have it's own shipping rate which I will handle using attributes to add the shipping cost but listing it in the cart as free shipping so it doesn't add it again at checkout. But I still need to somehow have the cart pass the to from info to me. Is there any way to do this?
BTW I did do a search for this and most results where for older versions and others, also for older versions, had no solution yet.

Ooops! Sorry I even asked! I have never used the attributes for this. Boy do I feel dumb! But now I see....
But, I do have one more question. In firefox my text box is sized how I want it. But in IE It's way to big. Anything I can do??
