Would This Prevent Zen-cart From Installing????

Each time that I get to the System Setup page and press Save & Continue it sends me back to the Welcome page.... NO Error messages.

I've checked the permissions on my config files and they are all set to 777 including all the connected directories. I'm at a loss and can't figure out what to do, PLEASE help me so that I can get my site up and running....

This is a previous warning I received on my System Inspection page and I'm wondering if it is connected?

If you wish to disable it, and your hosting company won't turn it off for you, you might try adding this to an .htaccess file in the root of your shop (you may have to create the file if you don't already have one):

deny from all
