Changing sidebox totally

Simple question and I am not sure the best way forward. I would like to remove all information in the sidebox and put all my own. Is this possible please?

Turn the information sidebox off (admin -> tools -> layout boxes controller) and use internal links in EZ-Pages

Thanks for the reply but what I actually want is to turn all links, everything off and put my own code in. i.e. I want to use 3 x 3 small boxes as icons, etc. I basically want my own sidebar not one dynamically created.

What I actually want to do is use the basic functionality of zen cart but do away with a lot of the template functioning. We only have one product and one thing to sell! Plus I am experimenting with zen cart and want to create a site that is very unzen like. Links will mostly be to ez pages through the boxes. There won't be any pages being added. There won't be any categories just this one product.

Hi All

Ok if you take a look at the site now you will see I am just about there:

Two issues remain.
1. I put the code straight into tpl_box_default_right. The only way the code remains though is as long as I leave something in that box. I have left the search box in, but if I turn it off, then the column disappears. Anyway to fix this please?
2. On the front page the sponsor a tree banner has dropped a few pixels and I can't see why? Any css gurus that can lend a hand please?

Well I thought I had this site sorted! Maybe it is my version of Camino but I cannot access the site at all anymore.I can see it in Firefox and Safari but not in Camino. Is there anybody that can check the site for me please? Is it working ok? Is there anybody with Camino that can check the site as well please?
