    Default Missing "New Category Button"

    Perhaps I missed a step during setup, or maybe missing a link someplace, but I have no "add a new category" on my catalog main page where I can "add an item"

    Isn't that where that button should be? Did I miss a step during setup that enables that button?

    Categories hold Products or Categories ... never both ...

    If you have added a Product to your Category, the New Category button will not display ...

    If you have added a Category to your Category, the New Product button will not display ...

    hmm... OK, so if I've added a bunch of products already I should delete them and start over?

    If you have added a ton of products we could probably come up with a temp work around ...

    If just a couple ... yes, delete them and build your shop the correct way to resolve this ...
