Google Checkout: Table shipping problem

Hello! I'm experimenting with the Google Checkout module, and currently have everything working as expected except for table shipping. For testing purposes, I have the table and flat rate shipping modules enabled; flat rate works normally, but the table rate always shows up in GCO as $0.00, which certainly won't do. The following are my relevant table rate settings as configured in the admin area:

So, if I understand correctly, any order weighing up to 10K lbs. should be passed to GCO with a table shipping cost of $8.50. However, as mentioned above, this isn't happening. If anyone could clue me in as to what I'm doing wrong, it would be greatly appreciated!

Per your table, if you order up to 25 lbs, shipping is $8.50. Any order between 25 lbs and 10K lbs, the shipping is $1.00.

I remember running into similar issue and read a thread where you set that last rate entry to $0. So that your table, for example, would look like:

25:6.50,10000:8.50,50000:0

where shipping will be $6.50 up to 25 lbs, $8.50 up to 10K lbs, free shipping after 10Klbs

w00gle: Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, no joy; I tried it with the exact table setting in your reply (25:6.50,10000:8.50,50000:0), and test orders weighing both more and less than 25 lbs, and table shipping still comes up as $0.00 in GCO either way.

I suggest you turn off the Flat Rate module for now and re-try.

Tried again with Flat Rate disabled, and unfortunately, the results were the same: 0.00 table rate every time.

Other things that may affect your shipping

Have you defined the following in Admin --> Locations/Taxes:
1. Zone Definitions
2. Tax Classes
3. Tax Rates

You may also need to check your settings at Admin --> Configuration --> Shipping/Packaging.
Define
1. the Max Package Wght you will ship.
2. Pkg Tare small to Med
3. Pkg Tare on Large pkgs

Hm, those settings all seem to be defined with sane values. It is a mystery.

What version of zencart are you using?

It's version 1.3.7, and is a mostly new installation with the Google Checkout module as the only non-cosmetic modification.

The site is located at http://www.furiousbees.com/store - there's practically nothing there yet, just a single dummy product for testing purposes.
