I don't have images for my downloadable products and I turned off images in the images controller, but my site still shows NO PICTURE AVAILABLE
I don' want any image to show up, not even the NO PICTURE AVAILABLE
How do I do this?

Your easiest solution would be to find the no picture available image in your files, and replace it with a totally transparrent image (if its a gif file), if its a jpg (which it might be), chances are your background is white.....so replace it with a white square.
