I upgraded to a new version of zen. now im getting the following message:

Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

any help here?

Check in your admin under Tools->Server Information and see what it says about the db version.

My suggestion is to download 1.3.7 to your local computer and unzip it (use the downloads link at the top of the forum to get the latest ZC). FTP the zc_install folder to your domain. If you don't have an FTP program, get Filezilla. It's free and reliable.

Once you've done that, open your browser go to http://www.yourdomain.dom/zc_install/ When it comes up, chose UPGRADE DATABASE ONLY otherwise you'll destroy your existing database. The sniffer will automatically select the updates you need. You just need to click the button to tell it to do so. When it's done, delete the zc_install folder (use the File Manager in CPanel to do that).

Once you're done, the error should be gone and Tools->Server Information should show both ZC and the database as 1.3.7.

I am getting this message in the install:

Ready to Install? (This will wipe any existing data. You are NOT in Upgrade mode!!!)

I have the same issue and need to upgrade the database but there is no option. What is going wrong?
