i need to set up my store by shipping cost calulated by weight, if all products are less then 20kb then it is £6.00 delivery costs, but if all items are over 20kbs then for every kg i need to add 0.21 to the shipping costs,

is this possiable to do, and is there a way of converting LBS to kgs too ?
