Email Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed:

Anyone else had this failure???

Transport Method PHP works
Email address is correct... (Test Email on private Email address)
SMTP & Password in admin>email correct
Server Port 587 (as listed in the server Email screen)
ZC 1.3.7
Emails on our domain name work, to another domail fail....

Any help much appreciated...

UPDATE Emails to all customers (Coupon) also giving an error:
Email failed to initialise
Have I sent this 3 times to all customers OR is it just landing in our OUTLOOK mailbox?
