    Default Paymentech / Authorize.net MUCH trouble, help!

    I have been on the phone and online almost all day today talking to Authorize and Paymentech about my store and have had nothing but trouble. I get an error from Zencart saying there was an error processing my credit card. I call Paymentech and Authorize and have come to the conclusion that Paymentech is returning the error 'INVALID_STORE_ID' to Authorize.net. I have recieved almost no help from Authorize and after about the 8th phone call they have told me that there is nothing they can do and I Should come to the Zencart support for help...but since this wonderful product is Open Source, there obviously isn't a support team on staff ready for my call.

    Can someone advise me on this? All of my information is correct. Auth.net cooperates while in Test mode, but NOT in Live mode. This is unbelieveable, and unforseen, and I need to get my store live as soon as possible.

    If someone can advise me on what the problem might be and how to get through it, that would be excellent. I'm afraid I may have to find a new payment processor other than Auth.net, but don't know of anyone compatible with Paymentech.
