I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but here goes:

On my shopping cart page, below the "continue shopping" button, "Your Shopping Cart Is Empty" text shows regardless of what is in the cart. The products are showing up just fine, but is there supposed to be a function that would cause it to display different text if the cart is not empty?

This is on a 1.2.6d installation (working on upgrading to 1.3.7).
