I've noticed this problem in archived posts, but haven't found an answer. When I get to the license page and select the radio button "I have read the conditions" and hit continue, it takes me back to the same page. I'm running php 4.4.4 on mysql 4.1.21. Anyone have ideas? I know other people have had this problem.

I've noticed that none of the submit buttons in the installer forms work; they all just refresh the page instead of using the correct header command that is in the code. I've tried skipping to inspect, to system setup, but I always get stuck when there is a form to post and a redirect. I'm baffled. Any help is appreciated.
