I have been searching for weeks now to tackle this problem: I do not want my customers to have to choose between text or html e-mails.

But I do want them to choose between receiving newsletters or not.

How do I remove only the two checkboxes that give the customer a choice between text or html e-mail which are listed under the newsletter subscribe box?
