Moving the Shop to a new URL - HOW???

Hey,

I want to move my shop to a new URL and I don't know how to go about it. I have change a bit on the original design and the "old-URL-shop" is filled with product- and customer data.

What do I have to do to move everything without having to spend days on end to fix the shop at the new URL or even having to redo all the changes I have done?

I would be happy for any advice or people telling me how they did it.
