If you installed ZC using something like Fantastico or your host installed it for you, go to the downloads section of this site and download it to your local drive. Unzip it there using something like WinZip and you'll be able to see the directory/file structure and create your own custom template which you can then FTP to your site.

I'm not sure that's what he/she is saying. Some people expect to have access to the folders through the admin which isn't true and then they claim they have no access to anything to edit it.

If it's truly the case that the host doesn't give FTP access to the users, then it's time to change hosts.

I took a look at it... BlueVoda is a WYSIWYG website editor, which requires hosting on the Voda servers to publish (i.e., once you have built your site, you can never move to another host.) It doesn't say anything about ZC in the promo; I suppose once you are in the host site they offer it.
I just wonder how this is supposed to work within ZC...
