    Default Problem with retail clients receiving group pricing

    Hello,

    I have a client whose website has the group pricing module installed. It appears as though for any new customers registering, they get the normal retail price. But for any old customers (old customers are customers whose data we took from an ecommerce site, and uploaded through phpMyAdmin), they are defaulting to the group pricing discount price.

    They definitely have their group pricing set to 0 for rrp.

    Anyone have any ideas? My initial guess is that it has something to do with the way they have been uploaded, but I can't see any difference between new customers and old customers.

    When you say you installed the Group Pricing module are you referring to the one that comes with Zen Cart or an add-on?

    Sorry Ajeh, I had a mistake on that one. It was actually the wholesale module (dual pricing), which is an add-on.

    But we may have located the problem. It seems for some reason that the old data had a line break in the last column, which only became visible when we exported the data as purely a csv file, and not excel format from phpMyadmin.

    We are still testing.
