AOL EMail Issues

I have client that is having trouble sending out email to AOL addresses. I have been in contact with AOL postmaster. We are on the whitelist. We were never on the blacklist. I have setup the feedback loop. We do have a RDNS PTR record in DNS.
I have done the manual telnet test from the mail server and I am receiveing the code RLY:CS4 which states "This error message indicates that your email has been identified as coming from a server or web site that may have a compromised script or program available."

So is this within the php mail script zencart is using?

I have the exact same problem. I have seen many other posts about emails to AOL customers not being received also.

I have tried admin-config-email options:
Emails must send from known domain? Yes
E-Mail Transport Method sendmail-f

still no email to AOL customers.

I can send email to an AOL account from my private email no problem.

And get this - I can send email from the an email account on the server and domain the cart it is on and IT ALSO WORKS FINE /

Only when it is coming from Zencart is it discarded

Does any one have any ideas of what is going on?
Is all mail from Zencarts to AOL customers trashed or do some folks actually have emails making to AOL boxes?

Most of the issues involved with AOL and Hotmail recipients are related to the fact that your server is not properly setup with a PTR or DNS reverse lookup. AOL and Hotmail dump emails from ip addresses that fail DNS reverse lookup.
