Default Page Layout and Fonts going crazy?

    Hi all,

I'm using Firefox, and when I was doing testing on my website www.blueskycollection.com, I've noticed sometimes the pages just go all funny - big fonts, and the whole layout shifts to the right . If I click on Refresh, then it will revert back to what it should be. I've attached a picture of it going berserk and also after refreshing. This happened after I did checkout. But I've noticed this seems to happen randomly at any page! Any help will be appreciated... Thanks so much!

    Cheers,
    Annie

I went to your site with FF and it all worked fine for me. Did you figure it out?

Haven't worked it out yet. But I've narrowed it down :-). It seems to happen when I go into the secure pages (secure.hostmonster.com). I just clicked on Login and the login page showed up in that format.. big fonts, all shifted to the right. I use shared SSL, so maybe that has something to do with it.

I also noticed the fonts that stayed the same size was the ones that was in pixels. Maybe I should just define exact pixels for all the fonts in stylesheet.css. But that won't fix up the right-shift problem. O well. I haven't seen it in Internet Explorer. Hope all my customers use IE . And I can just pretend the problem isn't there.

    look up the CSS command:

    Code:
    overflow: hidden
change the width of #body in the stylesheet.css. make the width 1024 or whatever your max width is. If it's not there, add it. It looks like this.

    Code:
    width: 1024px

It seems like I have the same problem with a new function.
This function shows in the left upper part of the screen above the header in state of in the main product listing section.
Fonts go crazy too (way too big)
    Please help.

Thanks for the advice . I've looked up the overflow function and played around a bit more with the CSS. Added fixed width in body as well. Nothing seems to make any difference on the Firefox side, but I've learnt so much and fixed a couple of little things along the way!

I guess I just have to live with that for now.. Login page looks OK sometimes, but if I try refreshing that a couple of times that's when I will see the messy layout. Maybe I can just add a little note "Page is best viewed using MSIE"

biscayne, not sure how similar is our problem. Are you using Firefox or IE? Is the problem happening on every page? Mine was only on secured pages, and it's also random, it doesn't happen all the time.

    Cheers,
    ann

I'm using Firefox, and it was no secure page.
I've created a new search function that I was trying to install.
The program works OK when started from the browser directly,
but when I try to run it within Zen Cart I get the problems.
I don't know where to look:
    (templates, css, configuration ???)
All my Zen Cart pages are OK except for this new one.
    Maybe it's missing something.

I also have the same problem (in FF) with my header going wonky out of the blue and then righting itself on refresh. No rhyme or reason to which page or when. If anyone finds an answer please post it!

    Thanks

If anyone found a fix for this problem, can they post it. My login page in firefox is really large and to the right. When i hit refresh, it goes back to normal.
