Need help with header

Can someone please decipher this for me? I cant seem to figure out where to put it. Please see here:

I need to be able to put my phone number in the tan area in the header next to the buttons that say gourmet foods, gift baskets and kitchenware. There is a section there abut 500px wide I guess, but its not an image that I can just edit. So, where or how can I add text to that area? I dont really know php, so help in some code example or even clear layman instructions and which file I need to edit would be very helpful. Thanks!

Those are links with styles and if you add text in the link area your phone number will look like a buttoned link.

You might want to add your phone number to the sales text in the tag line. To add a spacer or two between words and number you could add
