Shipping advice needed

Hi

Can someone reccommend the best way to set up the shipping and pricing costs for the following:

My client wants to sell cds with the following postage:

UK EU Rest of world
1-3 £1.00 1-3 £2.00 1-2 £2.00
4-5 £2.00 4 £3.00 3-4 £4.00
over 5 free 5 and over free 5 and over free

They are selling two types of CD the first are £14 and do not have any discount but the second type they wish to charge £12 per cd then any 2 for £20 and any 3 for £30.

I am not sure what method to use for shipping nor do i understand how to add the discount for multiple purchases of some items but not others.

I'd really appreciate any advice.

Linda is pointing you in a direction that will make it easier for you to implement your shipping needs. There are lots of places in the help sections of this website where you can establish procedures for setting up every element of zencart.

Please use existing help for finer detail as it is just not possible to re-write explanations for each post to the forum.

When you find the help you need, and have tried to implement it without success, then by all means come back and describe your problem and someone may come over to assist.

Spend some time in the wiki and knowledgebase... and if you really want to learn zencart, then consider buying the new book.
